Account & Onboarding

A representative will guide you through the registration process, verify your business details, and discuss custom pricing, payment terms, and shipping options tailored to your business needs.
Registered B2B clients enjoy benefits such as volume-based pricing, access to exclusive products or bulk packs, dedicated account management, flexible payment terms (e.g., Net-30), consolidated invoicing, and streamlined ordering for repeat purchases.
Ordering Process
After your B2B account is activated, you can log in to the secure B2B portal on our website. There, you can browse catalogues, view your negotiated pricing, place bulk orders directly into the cart, and submit them for processing. For very large or custom orders, we recommend contacting your account manager directly.
Yes. Sample requests are available for most products. Please submit your request through your account manager or via dealers@vigouragritech.com. A nominal sample fee may apply, which is often credited against your first bulk order.
Pricing & Payments
We offer eNACH B2B payment solutions including Bank Transfers (eNACH payment), Business Checks, and approved Credit Terms (e.g., Net-15, Net-30) for qualified accounts. We also accept business credit cards, though terms may provide better value.
Absolutely. For custom product requests or formal procurement processes, please contact your account manager or email dealers@vigouragritech.com with the product IDs and quantities. We will provide a detailed proforma invoice promptly.
Shipping & Logistics
We offer a range of shipping options based on order size and destination, including standard LTL (Less-than-Truckload) freight, expedited air freight, and consolidated shipping for recurring orders. Delivery timelines vary; your account manager will provide an estimated schedule based on your location and chosen service. International shipping is available.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with all relevant tracking details and a Bill of Lading (BOL) or airway bill number. You can track the shipment using the provided link or contact your dedicated logistics coordinator for updates.
Returns, Exchanges & Quality
Our B2B return policy is designed for business needs. Returns for defective or incorrect items must be reported within 7 business days of delivery by emailing dealers@vigouragritech.com with your order number and details/photos of the issue. Authorized returns will be processed, and replacements or account credits will be issued promptly. Custom or made-to-order items may not be returnable.
Please note any damage on the carrier's delivery receipt immediately. Then, inform us within 24 hours by emailing dealers@vigouragritech.com with photos of the damaged packaging and products. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and expedite replacements.
