B2B REFUND & REPLACEMENT POLICY

1. Policy Scope & Definitions

This policy governs refunds, replacements, and exchanges for business-to-business (B2B) transactions conducted through Vigour Agritech Solutions Pvt. Ltd.'s e-commerce platform. "Customer" refers to the business entity purchasing goods. This is a commercial agreement and does not confer consumer rights, which may apply to retail transactions.

2. Damage During Transit

We exercise utmost care in packing products shipped via our courier partners. If a product arrives damaged, we will replace it with an identical or a consent-based alternative of equivalent value, subject to the following conditions:

  • The recipient must email clear photographs of the damaged product and its packaging to dealers@vigouragritech.com within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Our team will inspect the provided evidence and authorize a replacement if damage during transit is verified.
  • Replacement is limited to one instance per order.

3. Replacement Process & Logistics

  • Pick-up Address: The damaged product will typically be collected from the original delivery address. For a different return address, prior approval must be obtained by contacting dealers@vigouragritech.com.
  • Customer-Arranged Return: If a reverse pick-up is not feasible, the customer may ship the product via a local courier. We will reimburse standard shipping costs up to INR 100 upon receipt of a valid courier receipt.
  • Important: Returning products without prior written authorization from Vigour Agritech Solutions Pvt. Ltd. will invalidate the replacement claim.

4. Replacement Terms & Conditions

  • The replacement facility is available only once per order.
  • For gift orders, replacement requests must be initiated by the original purchasing business customer, not the gift recipient.
  • Product Specifications: Sizes, colors, or designs of originally ordered items cannot be altered upon exchange.
  • Discounts & Offers: Exchanged products are not eligible for additional discounts or promotional offers active at the time of replacement.
  • Product Condition: The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging with all tags, accessories, and manuals.

5. Replacement Fulfillment & Credit Notes

  • Upon receipt and verification of the returned damaged product, we will dispatch the replacement.
  • If the identical product is unavailable, Vigour Agritech Solutions Pvt. Ltd. will issue a Credit Note / Coupon for the invoice value. This credit is redeemable against any future purchase for one year from the date of issue.
  • No Cash Refunds: This policy strictly provides for replacement or credit. No cash refunds, bank transfers, or cheque payments will be issued under any circumstance.

6. Turnaround Time

Once the returned item is received and verified at our facility, the replacement will be dispatched within 5 working days for domestic shipments. Should any delay occur, we will proactively notify the customer.

7. General Disclaimer

Vigour Agritech Solutions Pvt. Ltd.'s liability is strictly limited to replacement or credit as described herein. We are not liable for any consequential, incidental, or business damages arising from product damage, delay, or replacement. This policy is subject to change without prior notice, though the version active at the time of order will govern the transaction.
